How we feel in our body is profoundly influenced by our relationship with food and the stories we’ve inherited.
Embracing body-peace means untangling ourselves from diet culture, and thin-idealism, so that we can reclaim our inner wisdom.

Tune into conversations that empower you to find peace within your body, connecting you to your own deep inner wisdom, healing and joy!
We are committed to
“dishing” on weight stigma
and diet culture and want to share how
embracing our food and body story can be a healing and

Jennie Kramer

Jennie has been working with clients for more than 20 years. Through her writings and treatment centers, it has been her mission to help facilitate a more compassionate approach to our bodies and the courageous stories they tell. Nina’s been working with women and their relationship with their body for 30 years – both individually and in groups. She writes Body-Peace® Poems to change the conversation that we have with and about our bodies.
